Every chip will behave differently, so our findings won’t always point clearly to the right solution. Still, here’s what I’ve got: delidded + Conductonaut, stripped silicon adhesive, no glue, 1.375v + High LLC (the middle choice), 5GHz core, 4.7GHz cache, zero AVX offset, Cryorig H7 Quad Lumi. It holds up well enough—survived two hours of RealBench and hasn’t failed under any stress I’ve applied after nearly three years. It could handle a P95 24-hour test, but honestly, I don’t care.
Mine operates at 5.4ghz with a 1.510v setting on the geothermal loop 9C water delta.
