A CPU behaves differently from a car. Even though you maintain it, it still ages. A previous generation CPU might still work, but it lags significantly behind modern processors.

That's accurate. Regardless of receiving a brand new Gen 6 Intel processor from its sealed packaging, it remains an outdated CPU and will function similarly to older models.

it varies based on the resolution you're using.
but what could become a problem is having RAM that's only double, but Windows is taking up space between 4-6GB or more, depending on the software running in the background. Some games need more system memory than others.
at 1080p the CPU usually works a bit harder.
1440p is a mix of CPU and GPU performance.
when you reach 4K, it becomes more reliant on the GPU.
it really depends on the game.

I always use 1080p and plan to upgrade the memory, but currently I rely on mem reduct to minimize background RAM usage.

this can be an issue and might lead to blue screen effects, plus it could increase CPU usage significantly. In fact, it might actually reduce your overall game performance.

Yes, newer CPUs that come out, do outperform older chips. Else-ways, there's no point to release new CPUs.
As far as actual use case goes, i haven't seen that my CPU is holding performance back. If anything, what i have, is still more than enough for my needs.

Several factors may lead to blue screen and high CPU usage, including software conflicts, hardware issues, or excessive resource demand from applications.

mem reduct may lead to blue screens and increased CPU consumption. Since the operating system already manages resources, adding another layer can strain the system, especially if the OS needs more VRAM and becomes overwhelmed. There are reports indicating it can also result in significant CPU usage.

This wording is quite poor. It's important to note that a game using all 8 cores doesn't automatically mean it's poorly optimized. If the CPU usage is similar but performance is significantly worse, then it's a concern. However, simply relying on core count isn't enough; you should check the actual FPS and compare it with other games.

To verify if boosting is active, you can review the model's performance metrics or examine the feature importance rankings.
