https://www.hwinfo.com/download/
Sensors mode displays all the telemetry data the PC provides, such as individual core frequencies, temperatures, voltages, and more.
HWinfo64 also includes a logging function, which you can turn on to save the telemetry. Once enabled, you can review the log file to understand what happened.
