I rely on AMD's Raptr for automatic recording during games. It has a low profile. For streaming, I opt for H264 with OBS because it’s reliable and consistent.

Checking the web for ten seconds reveals what others have posted about that page. They’re developing obs versions with VCE support shortly after the driver update.

It's a problem with the 15,7 drivers. Also pls stop crying, you always make a huge problem and it usually turns out to be a small problem or easy fixable I'm not mad or something like that but you always scream for help.

Due to the recent update 15.7, the download isn't functioning properly... This isn't happening for me now.
