That refers to Intel's Quick Sync technology, used for fast file transfers. It works within the OBS studio program.

Some drivers are missing for the install package, you should use 15.5 or 15.6 instead.

I followed the instructions from the guide at It’s straightforward and works well. Previously, recording Guild Wars 2 caused frame drops due to its CPU demand, but now it runs smoothly without any issues.
