include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

there are also issues with my games, possibly due to the GPU, which is why I noticed the red and white lights.

PSU: POWER LC6600GP 600W, not sure how old it is—could be 6 or 8 years.
Source (borrowed, not purchased) a dependably made PSU from a friend or neighbor that provides 550W for the whole system.
Current usage: running on 4GB RAM in 2024 on a Ryzen processor at 2133MHz.

I've already lent out a PSU to a friend and the issue persists, especially with the 4 GB RAM concern in 2024—I don't have funds for an upgrade now.
