The OP has 4x16GB of RAM that runs at 4800MHz and costs CL40, which makes it very slow, almost like molasses.

Here is a list of parts for the computer I am buying. The CPU from AMD is called Ryzen 9 9950X3D and it has four cores that run at 4.3 GHz. It costs $499 on Amazon. The cooler comes from ID-COOLING and is named FROZN A720 BLACK with a airflow rating of 98.6 CFM. It costs $69.98 on Amazon. I am also buying this motherboard from MSI called MAG X870 TOMAHAWK WIFI which uses the AM5 socket for my computer. The price is $299.99 at Newegg. I have G.Skill Flare X5 with 64 GB of RAM (two sticks of thirty-two gigabytes) that runs on DDR5 and has a low latency of CL30. It costs $184.99 from Newegg. My storage is two hard drives made by Crucial called T500 with heatsinks, but they use 2 TB capacity for my M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 NVMe solid state drive. I am buying the same one again at a lower price of $132.99 on Amazon. My graphics card is from Asus called TUF GAMING OC with a GeForce RTX 5070 Ti that has sixteen gigabytes of video memory and costs $999.99 on Amazon. My case is the Lian Li LANCOOL 216 RGB which fits an ATX computer and costs $102.97 from Newegg. I am buying this power supply called NZXT C1200 that has a wattage of 1200 watts and a rating of 80+ Gold Certified for my needs. It is fully modular and comes with two power cables so I do not have to buy more cables. The total price of everything I listed is $2616.89. This list was made using PCPartPicker on May 29, 2025 at 11:39 EDT-0400 and all the prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when they are available.

What resolution are you gaming at? Here is my suggestion based on your parts list and budget. An X3D processor is much better for what you need. I added a more practical storage setup. The faster 8100 drive is for the operating system and apps, while the 8TB drive holds games and extra space. I upgraded to a better motherboard and CPU cooler too. Here is the PCPartPicker list:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D with 4.7 GHz running speed and 8 cores for $472.02 from B&H
CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro A-RGB that pumps out 360 CFM of liquid cooling for $91.49 on Amazon
Motherboard: ASRock Phantom Gaming X870E Nova WiFi which fits the AM5 socket and costs $349.95 from iBUYPOWER
Memory: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB with 64 GB total (two 32 GB sticks) running at DDR5-6000 CL28 for $239.99 on Newegg
Storage: Western Digital WD_BLACK SN8100 2 TB M.2 drive that uses PCIe 5.0 and costs $279.99 on Amazon
Storage: Another Western Digital WD_Black SN850X with a heatsink offering 8 TB of space using M.2-2280 slots at PCIe 4.0 X4 for $589.99 on Amazon
Video Card: Gigabyte WINDFORCE SFF GeForce RTX 5070 Ti with 16 GB of video memory priced at $837.98 from Newegg
Case: Corsair FRAME 4000D mid tower case that fits an ATX build for $104.99 on Amazon
Power Supply: Super Flower Leadex III Gold UP 850 W unit rated for 80% efficiency and certified gold with full modularity at $119.99 from Amazon
Total price comes to $3086.39 including shipping, taxes, and discounts when available from PCPartPicker generated on May 29, 2025

I think a 5080 Super card will come out soon, so you should probably wait just a little while. Here is the parts list to buy for that future PC: The Processor comes from AMD and is called Ryzen 9 9950X3D with 4.3 GHz speed and has 16 cores. It costs $719.00 at Amazon right now. This part needs a cooler, so I picked the Thermalright Royal Pretor 130 BLACK which gives 81.88 CFM airflow. That cooler costs $49.69 at Amazon. The Motherboard is from Gigabyte and it's called B850 AORUS ELITE WIFI7 for AM5 socket. It costs $239.99 at Newegg. You need some RAM, so I chose G.Skill Flare X5 which has 64 GB (two of 32 GB) running at DDR5-6000 with low latency CL28. That memory is $219.99 at Newegg. For storage, the first drive is Inland Performance Plus 1 TB that uses M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVMe technology and costs $74.98 at Amazon. The second drive is also Inland Performance Plus but this one is 2 TB using the same tech with a price of $134.99 at Amazon. For graphics, I picked a Gigabyte GAMING OC GeForce RTX 5080 with 16 GB video memory which costs $1539.99 at Amazon. To put all this together in a box, I chose the Montech AIR 903 MAX which is an ATX Mid Tower Case that costs $89.99 at Amazon. For power, I selected the Montech CENTURY II with 1050 Watts of power and it says 80+ Gold Certified for Fully Modular ATX Power Supply. That power supply costs $109.90 at Amazon. If you add everything up, the total cost is $3178.52. These prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when they are available. The whole thing was made by PCPartPicker on May 29th, 2025 at 12:15 EDT-0400.
