I'm looking to build a new computer that will last for years. Last time I messed up, so now I want to make sure everything is perfect and I never have to throw things away. It should work well together even if it's good at gaming but I need two monitors and lots of windows open. So far AMD looks better because the price is lower than Intel, and everyone talks bad about their i9 processors. I don't know for sure if those complaints are true or just fixed, so I picked AMD. My RAM will be G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB Series with AMD Expo DDR5 64GB (two sticks of 32GB) at speeds up to 6000MT/s. It comes in a matte black color and fits inside my case. The computer needs a Corsair Nautilus 360 RS liquid air cooler because it needs lots of cooling for the processor. I'm using an Intel LGA 1851 socket on my motherboard because that's what AMD uses right now, not the old Intel ones. My power supply will be a Corsair RM1000x so it handles all the electricity safely and supports newer standards like PCIe 5.1. It also gets some fans from CORSAIR to keep the heat down while staying quiet. I'm buying an ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX™ 4070 Ti card because that has more gaming power than my current card. The card is coming with two extra sticks of memory and a lot of storage space for games and videos. My hard drives will be two big NVMe SSDs from WD_BLACK so data goes fast when I save or load things. They also support high speeds like 5.0 Gen PCIe which helps performance. One drive is the main OS drive while the other is extra space that can hold more files if needed. For my CPU, I'm going with a new Intel Core i5-13600KF processor because it has many cores and works well on AMD chips too. It also supports both AMD AM5 and Intel 1700/1150 sockets which means the motherboard needs to support those features. The RAM will be Crucial DDR5 so it runs smoothly with my new CPU, and I'll get more speed by setting the clock higher than before. My graphics card is a GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3060 Ti because that's my current one but I'm adding extra storage space for games. It also has some features like RGB lights on the fans which look cool when things are running hot or fast. For cooling, I'll use a Thermalright Frost Tower air cooler to keep the processor from overheating during long gaming sessions. My power supply is Corsair RMX Series with enough watts to handle all my new hardware without any problems. It's fully modular so I can move parts around if needed and has plenty of connectors for extra cables if that happens in the future. The whole system comes together nicely because everything fits into one case when it's all installed properly.
