Help with origin
Hey everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I woke up this morning with a bit of a problem—I tried to log in to Origin for a round of bf4 but received a verification code message. Then I checked my email and saw five messages from Origin saying my email had been changed (someone from France used .fr). I clicked the link to revert it, but nothing changed. The weirdest part is I can’t even reach their support chat when I fill out the form—first selecting Origin, then going to the PC, logging in, but getting a blank page. I also saw a picture of the page and initials, but I’m not sure what they mean or if they’re related. I have three games on Origin and checked their answer HQ forums, but they respond very slowly and don’t seem to know much. I really appreciate any help you can give me!
I’m not confident your message will be seen. I believe reaching out directly via email without a support ticket is unlikely to yield results.
I understand, I've been attempting to reach them using another account. However, the issue persists. I performed a clean boot of the windows, but I still can't access live chat. I filled out the necessary form and submitted it, yet I receive a blank page when posting the image.
I don’t have enough information to pinpoint the exact issue. It sounds like you’re encountering a problem with a blank page after submitting a support ticket, but the specific stage or cause isn’t clear. Could you share more details about what happens before and after submission?
Stage 4 follows right after I log in. Yes.
Stage 1: Pick the product origin as a product.
Stage 2: Choose between PC or Mac for the original PC.
Stage 3: Select ACC sec and title as "hacked ACC".
Stage 4: Log in, then fill in the blank page.
I see, I grasped what you were saying. The main point is you need to be logged in before making contact, though it seems you might not have access. A possible workaround would be to log into the battle log or similar, visit the forums and support section, and try to get automatically logged in there.
