I understand, I'll give it a shot. Just got a reply from one of their members on Answer HQ saying it might be a DNS cache issue (though it wasn't). They suggested trying another Windows Acc with that didn't work either. They advised calling UK customer support and noted I'm from Serbia. The bill will be expensive, and I won't pay for customer service since their site is broken. I managed to use livechat just two weeks ago while updating my security question.
