Hey, need some assistance! I assembled my own PC and hit a snag. The motherboard emitted four sounds—one extended and three quick beeps—and the white light came on. System specs: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G, 3.8GHz, 16GB RAM, Asus TUF Gaming B550M-Plus, MSI MPG A650GF 650W, Kingston Fury DDR4-3200 16GB.
Long error code indicates a VGA issue. White boards usually use VGA. The Zen 3 series is newer than older models. A compatible box may lack sufficient BIOS updates. Follow the manual to update your BIOS to a newer version. Note: Reference image provided. Link shared for more details.
Your setup has four lights. The instructions aren’t clear enough to identify the colors. Which light is currently on?
Which header connects your CPU fan? The manual hasn’t specified the LED colors—check the documentation for details on boot, VGA, CPU, or DRAM indicators.
Insert your USB installer into Windows. If the beep code is a long one, three short followed by a separate short indicating a RAM error that isn’t being resolved during refresh, place one stick of RAM in slot B2 and reset the CMOS, then attempt to boot.
