I've read numerous Reddit and PC site articles about this. The biggest challenge for me is dealing with the process of returning a product. I'm planning to see if there are any other cables available.

It seems the issue might be related to your motherboard's capabilities rather than just the cable or settings.

Check another wire. As mentioned before, connections can be quite tricky. It might be something on the board or the wire itself.
