Hello, I completed setting up a B550-F gaming rig but the Ethernet isn't connecting. The cable works on another PC, yet the motherboard doesn't support Wi-Fi. Can you assist me now?

I also came across a YouTube video discussing how to cap speed and duplex at 10 Mbps. It seemed effective, though the connection remained extremely sluggish. Got any thoughts on that?
