I purchased an item in a game (DLS 23) for $4.50, which was charged and a receipt sent. Recently, I noticed the bank also charged $4.50 twice and provided only one receipt. I reached out to the game's support multiple times without getting a response. Do you have any advice or assistance?

Verify your bank balance later if the transaction is recent.
Notify Google about unexpected charges - help center
Look for any unauthorized entries in your payments or card statements that seem incorrect. Try these steps before reaching out to Google. Confirm the charge originated from Google Char.

If you think it was billed twice, follow the link mentioned in the same paragraph.

Thank you for your message. I reviewed the provided link and confirmed that my charges were indeed applied twice. There is one receipt, but my debit statement reflects two separate transactions. What steps should I take next?
