Your PC is running at normal performance for Dota 2 5v5 with bots. The numbers show it's handling the game well—average 90 FPS at lower settings and 65 FPS at higher ones. No signs of under-performance.
The 1050 desktop and 1050 laptop differ in specifications and performance.
Your laptop seems to be running slower than usual. Consider checking for updates, clearing temporary files, or upgrading hardware if needed.
Determine if your CPU or GPU is limiting performance. Both components aren't throttling, speeds are normal. Current temperatures are much lower than the Asus model shown in the video (max 65°C for CPU, max 60°C for GPU). You might want to proceed with a full system restore if you decide to upgrade to an SSD for your laptop.
Seems there could be an issue there... am I correct? Also, the GPU is configured to prioritize maximum performance in the Nvidia control panel.
