Voltage override should adjust the core voltage directly, as I remember. The Gigabyte BIOS settings for offset might have a different label. I might be wrong, though. You probably can't see the exact speeds for each core, but you should be able to adjust them individually. The CPU already identifies the best cores, so boosting one will raise its clock speed while lowering the others. The all-core boost should remain consistent. LLC is something worth trying with a bit of tweaking; it can help you find slightly lower voltages. AVX affects performance and power use, so reducing its impact is advisable. Everything seems okay.

I captured more screenshots of my BIOS again, and wow... a bit puzzled. I switched to Adaptive Vcore instead of Override Vcore. Someone suggested Override is superior, but I’m unsure how to apply it without messing things up. I set the Internal CPU Vcore to Normal and then adjusted the Internal CPU Vcore Offset to -0.050V. On the right side you’ll see the voltage at 1.356V, but I recall from HWMonitor_x64 that under stress it climbs to 1.368V during Turbo Power Limits. What should I do if I need to cap it so the cooling stays at 90 degrees? My AVX was turned off, so I re-enabled it (probably). Here are some of the readings I see with default settings after more than 4 minutes of operation: Vcore=1.260V, VRout=1.206V, Core VIDs=1.289, CPU Package power 213W, Ambient 19°C.

You can adjust the package power limits or the timing settings. I don’t recall the default turbo duration, but I think the standard wattage is 125. The page also provides the "turbo per core limit," which corresponds to the per-core clock speed you mentioned earlier. If you wish to lower the voltage, try using this method instead of the offset—set it around 1.35 and gradually reduce, as you indicated it’s near 1.38.
