Your NVMe drive appears to be functioning properly since your self-test shows a healthy percentage. The low usage suggests it's not being heavily utilized, which isn't necessarily a problem. It seems Windows might be experiencing some issues rather than the drive itself.
Ooof, that seems like the drive has used about 17% of its guaranteed TBW (terabytes written), which is pretty impressive since that’s around 100TB. It might also be combining other performance metrics into that figure. Considering the problems we’ve seen so far, I’d think the drive is failing and should replace it with something better—like a Samsung or Crucial model. Take the windows off it, then pull data from the old one. Also, be sure to uninstall the old drive before installing the new one; otherwise, you might run into issues.
You'll need to remove the Windows partition during the cleanup, but your existing SSD files remain intact. You can then transfer the important data to the new drive.
I watched the video you linked and followed all the instructions. The PC booted up but displayed a bluescreen with error code 0xc0000221. I pressed F8 to access startup settings and entered Windows, which then restored the system. However, after resetting, the same error appeared. I plan to repair Windows using a USB drive and back up any important data before replacing the drive.
