Hard drive crash error code BSOD says video memory management internal problem?
Hey, thanks for getting back to me! Could you show some examples of problems like that? My last six months I keep having random restarts every week or two weeks. It happens even when playing mid-game or loading a new area, and even with Alt-Tab my PC just keeps restarting without showing a blue screen. But if I look at the Minidump, it says Video Memory Management Internal or sometimes BlueScreen, but the same code or issue name shows up in the bottom left corner. By any chance have you had this problem too?
I used to get black screen errors right after I bought this computer because my RAM wasn't working well, but that problem went away when I updated the motherboard firmware. About two years later, things started acting weird again. My games would crash, my sound would crackle or change pitch, and everything would freeze up. Both of us used Intel AM4 motherboards, though one was brand new while the other had been around for a while. The only thing that worked fine then was when I plugged in both our boards together with the same CPU. After testing it like that, I thought my board just wasn't working right and bought a newer CPU, a new motherboard, and the 7700X processor instead of trying to fix what was already broken.
