Also verify the CMOS battery is securely connected; it might be dead or failing. A PSU problem could also be involved, but this setup suggests a bad CMOS battery is more likely. Don't forget to confirm the CPU cooler is properly installed—overheating or improper mounting can cause similar issues.

psu isn't the issue, cpu isn't overheating either. RAM and CPU cooler were tried, but PSU on another MMO works fine. It also functions in BIOS G3240. I'll test with 1GB DDR3 just to verify the MMO. I'll check the BIOS next.

If the BIOS isn't working, skip flashing a new BIOS. Have you checked all RAM connections and repositioned the CPU? Is this device a brand-new model for this issue, or is it similar to one you've used before? You might want to reset the BIOS settings to standard. The board claims support for only four 1GB memory modules at 1066 MHz, but real-world usage may vary. Have you confirmed the CPU and RAM work on other systems, and tested different CPUs or memory types?

It's functioning perfectly now. I just unplugged it completely and let it sit overnight. Quite unusual.

He’s onto something. Taking the PSU out likely fixed the CMOS issue. Look at the battery—if it’s below 3.0V, it needs replacing.

It's the battery issue, it has its warranty label and all. I attempted to reset the CMOS when it wasn't working, but it keeps restarting.

Sure, just swap the battery to avoid more problems later.
