Yeah, to quote myself: Idling is a low current workload. When you load up the CPU with hihher current loads like cinebench you will see the voltage dropping.

AMD indicates 1.5v works under light conditions, but for full or heavy loads it's recommended to stick with 1.325 - 1.35v

while idling you notice strong voltage spikes, but with minimal current flow—this is safe. During heavy core load it runs at 1.25 to 1.26, and after that the 1.475 "wake" spikes are typical, generating little heat as they simply start moving the core.

For improved gaming performance, consider adjusting memory timings at 3600. Achieving a stable clock speed around 3733 or 3800 might be achievable, while 3600 is more straightforward. More precise memory tuning can enhance low-frequency performance better than a full core overclock.
