No the issue is the OP is double NATed. Comcast only issues internet gateways (Modem/Router) and the OP is using a 3rd party router. So while the OP is port forwarded, the OP still has a second layer of NAT to worry about due to the Comcast gateway. When the OP buys a standard cable modem, the issue should be resolved.
