Hello everyone, I configured a Minecraft server on my HP-Proliant Dl360 G6, it functions properly on the local network, but I’m having trouble connecting from outside the network. I’ve checked my router settings and entered the IP address 25565, yet I keep receiving timeout errors. Could anyone assist or provide more details?

It seems the attempt didn't yield the expected results. Would you like to try something else?

There is typically a tutorial available on platforms like YouTube showing how to forward ports using your router, though we can't assist without knowing the specific model.

Avoid running your setup on your local network. Sharing your IP address openly can expose your data. For safer hosting, consider using a VPN to mask your connection. You might also explore options that allow you to open specific ports without full exposure.

I've reviewed the instructions already, you're using a port forward setup and still getting a "connection refused" error.

Check the port status using an online port checker or contact the service provider directly.

The ports remain shut, and your IP has been exposed.
