You cannot use irregular timing settings when geardown is active. XMP is an Intel feature, which is why AMD boards only support it after manufacturers add the necessary profiles. Yes, you can apply a 15-15-15-15 XMP profile, but geardown will be turned off on Ryzen processors. If you enable geardown on a non-odd CAS kit, Intel will automatically adjust timings to even numbers. Intel doesn’t restrict odd timing numbers at all.
