It seems your PC works fine when the character is still, but it struggles with movement and texture updates, causing stuttering. When you start moving, performance drops sharply and both disk speed and RAM get exhausted. Your setup includes a Ryzen 3 2200G, an 8GB DDR4 memory, an 8GB OC RX 570 GPU, and an HDD without an SSD. Need advice on improving stability?

You have just four cores, four threads, a basic CPU setup, limited RAM, and only eight gigabytes of storage. Running GTA V on an HDD isn’t recommended. Upgrading these components would make a big difference, especially the RAM.

Having only 8GB of RAM in a single channel isn't beneficial, and it's unclear what the RAM frequency is.

Start by adjusting the settings to their lowest level. SavageNeo has a good point about RAM. Then consider moving up to a quad-core processor. Finally, think about upgrading to a GTX 1650 Super or better.

It's already a 4C core and 4T clock speed CPU.

Upgrading to a Dual Channel 16GB RAM setup can still provide benefits, even if your CPU is already capable.

Then the problem likely is that you have only 1 stick of it

Yes, a dual channel setup with 16GB would work well.

Sure, just add one more stick if needed. Keep the timing and pace very similar.
