That's the only GTA V version with vsync. I believe I enabled it to avoid screen tearing, but I'm double-checking now to confirm. Other titles don't support vsync.

Isn't this similar to $130? It would be worthwhile to return it and exchange it for a better branded 1060 3GB model priced at $140.

Typically, most games include v-sync. If your NVidia control panel global settings are configured to v-sync ON, then v-sync should remain enabled by default unless you change it to OFF within the .exe program settings in the NVidia control panel.

If you mean used then yes, but the brand new one I don't know much about. Also, my monitor is 1440x900 and games let me pick between 75hz and 60hz.
