GTA V PROBLEM
GTA V PROBLEM
GPUs can be refreshed to appear brand new. Regardless of whether they're new or used, you might never be sure. Anyone can share what they think. If you bring it back, you'll receive cash to use for a new 1060 with 3GB of RAM, which is roughly $140.00. That's a brand new unit.
Stickers usually endure a lot less wear when inside a sleek PC case. It's hard to say for sure, but there must be a reason they're so popular. If you only spent $70, it doesn't seem like a big deal to return it right away. Plus, you received what you paid for. If the GPU is worth more than that amount, why wouldn't they price it accordingly? I'm not sure, but I might be correct. If it maintains the expected frame rate in other games, then it probably isn't an issue. Especially since you're no longer seeing those odd textures after adjusting settings. If I were you, I'd try more games to confirm performance. Make sure the item functions as intended before deciding to keep it. Consider games that won't cause your CPU to limit your GPU. Then you'll feel like you got a great deal for $70.00.
Play similar titles such as Left 4 Dead 2, Paladins, Warframe, etc., and see if you can achieve strong first-person shooter performance.
I didn't receive $70; I got it $70 less than the original cost. I've restarted crysis without any issues. There are no sounds, just smooth gameplay at maximum settings. Sometimes drops go from over 60 to 40-50 when 20 north koreans spawn on me. I suspect someone might have taken many of them and is still selling them. This isn't mine.
This card is mine.
I don’t believe this was a miner card. When I mentioned I couldn’t remove the display caps, I meant I had to use a sharp object to take them off. What games do you recommend that avoid bottlenecks? Only genuine titles I own are not free, such as Subnautica GTA V and AC Unity.
I also noticed that the frame rate remains quite consistent in GTA V after adjusting the settings you provided. Just the texture quality is affected.
Paladins provided at least 70 fps when running at the maximum setting of 950, though I personally don't enjoy the game. I could probably switch to Warframe once I get the new Seagate 500GB HDD. No noticeable change in FPS—just stays above 60. The performance remains consistent whether I'm using high or very high settings and with normal or low textures. Despite adjusting graphics options, the frame rate stays the same for most games.
