GTA V optimal settings
You're currently using a pirated copy of GTA Max and are seeing stable performance. Your setup includes an RX 480 and an i5 6402P, with MSAA at 2x and Reflection MSAA at 2x. You've maxed out population and other advanced settings, but the long shadows and extended flying render distance are at 50%. The advanced graphics are off except for extended shadows (50%), long shadows, and extended flying render distance. To improve performance or visual quality, consider adjusting the long shadows and extended flying render distance sliders slightly higher. Lowering MSAA or tweaking other settings might also help maintain a smoother frame rate.
I operate at 1080p ultra/very high resolution, using frame scaling at 1.5x to achieve sharper visuals and richer textures or reflections.
Stuttering issue? I don’t understand. I’m using every setting in the normal graphics panel—AA for anything, all sliders, nothing about motion blur.
Keep in mind your 8350 runs at 4.8ghz with a 2400mhz DDR3 chip. Your system is basically performing well unless you overdo the cooling, which isn't worth it for a $100 processor. Even then, GTA V only uses four of your cores, so your 6402p should give you an edge.
