FX on speed (overclocked to hell) does alright really. In anything but GTA V I DO NOT go below 60fps whatsoever. It's still upgrade time within the year though.

Keep the grass as low as possible, and MSAA reflection is hardly noticeable—wasting performance. The standard MSAA setting makes a significant impact on aliasing. Whenever feasible, opt for the higher setting and reduce the unnecessary one. Post-processing effects can be disabled since they're mostly just a bother. Anisotropic filtering could be reduced by half without any major issues.
