You noticed unwanted black pixel clusters appearing unexpectedly. It's bothersome, and I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Your setup details are noted: Intel i5 4440, 3.1GHz, GTX 960, 4GB RAM, 8GB memory.

Are your VRAM limits reached during gameplay? Then consider reducing texture settings.

It isn't fully capped since the game shows a notice stating it needs over 4 gigabytes of VRAM. I'll reduce the settings and look again.
