I reinstalled them again, but it was the previous version, and unfortunately I couldn't resolve the problem.

Additional checks show consistent FPS in-game with normal GPU performance. The temperature spikes unexpectedly to 89°C—this has never happened before. After replacing the GPU, possibly the heatsink or internal components shifted. I’m hoping this issue can be resolved without needing a new GPU.
