I'm struggling to come up with alternatives. It might be a faulty MMO, or DIMMS, and the best way to confirm is to test it in other systems. If that's not possible, you may need to consider replacing the memory or the MMO entirely.

I used my friend's identical RAM sticks and the computer wouldn't boot at all—it loops even without entering BIOS. Should I send the motherboard back to the store you recommended? Yes, if you've already tried different DIMMs, it’s likely a faulty slot or another component issue.
