Certainly, CoD4 enjoyed several enjoyable moments with friends. However, Ghosts stood out as my top choice because of its reinforcing game mode.

MW2 stood out to me because snipers were actually playable without relying on quick scoping tricks. Dual deagles or magnums also brought a lot of enjoyment. My top two favorites are a close call between Call of Duty 3 and WAW. I really had fun playing zombies with friends in WAW, while Call of Duty 3 was more about having fun and messing around. Most of the time, Call of Duty 3 felt like just a bunch of chaotic fun trying to dodge cars and get into house attics.

I owned every PC version until Advanced warfare and my favorite is fixed.
Here are the titles:
1 - Call of Duty 2
2 - Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 2
3 - Call of Duty 1
For me it's very black and white. Those three I loved, and all the others felt pretty ordinary and not much changed.
