Absolutely wild hardware! Check the 25:00 and 26:00 marks—see what changes. It’s not your setup, it’s the game itself.

How is this possible? At least his gpu is utilized at 90%.

I think it's likely because you're not using the highest settings, while he is. To get more GPU utilization, raise MSAA to a higher level or increase shadows, and boost Texture Quality. These options consume a lot of VRAM. Be aware that increasing these values can lower your FPS. You might not have Texture Quality set to its maximum and Grass Quality too high. Set Texture Quality to the highest setting since it has minimal impact on FPS, and adjust Grass Quality to Normal for better performance. Remember, setting Grass Quality to Normal doesn't necessarily make the game look poor; it actually improves terrain realism and driving comfort. Population Variety could also be increased to 100% for additional GPU usage, though it doesn't significantly affect FPS. Avoid raising Extended Distance Scaling, as it can cause noticeable drops in FPS—changing it from 0% to 100% usually results in about a 20 FPS change. I suggest keeping it between 0% and 50% for a stable FPS, around 7-9 FPS at 50%. I usually stick to 0% for that range because it maintains a smooth visual experience without affecting performance much. What I'm explaining here is how adjusting each graphic setting helps maintain consistent FPS across the game. If you want more details, just ask—I've studied each setting's impact on both visuals and performance. I'm playing at 1440p with a 2015 i5 (3.2 GHz) and a 1070 with DDR4-2133 RAM, and my gameplay feels almost identical to his. His performance spikes above 100 FPS mainly due to his fast RAM and dual-core CPU.

I just created a quick 30-second clip showing the same location at the 26:00 point in the video. It highlights how custom graphic options can really help. I didn’t want to make a longer video because my upload speed isn’t fast enough, and it would have taken too long. My main point is that the frame rate stays steady once I hit that setting, and it’s not affected by YouTube’s quality limits. The video looks sharp and smooth, even though the frame rate drops at first when recording.
