It seems the game wasn't designed to be a top-tier visual experience, nor was it marketed primarily for high-end graphics. Many players found the gameplay frustrating due to bugs, and some were bothered by the repetitive storytelling. The focus was more on gameplay than on impressive visuals.

Besides the poor performance and the issue caused by a bug forcing me to restart the whole game, yey.

I get it...this game is quite lightweight, using an older engine and having low-quality textures. It seems to feel outdated, but it actually runs on a XBone. Still, my 980ti can handle it at 1440p, and a GTX970 shouldn’t struggle with 1080p either.

I wouldn't buy it unless it's on sale. It's a decent RPG, nothing more, nothing less.

They provided genuine visuals for the completed title, setting a standard higher than previous games like Witcher 3 and Watch Dogs.

It does have issues sometimes, possibly due to lighting or shadows. The performance drops from about 130FPS indoors to around 50FPS outdoors, which is quite noticeable. The main problem seems to be the frame rate getting too high on your PC, causing the game engine to struggle with physics. I’m a bit frustrated by that glitch at terminals.
