After long time playing, no , nothing to fix it, good that i didnt wasted money on that .also , it not let me record the game play

I don’t own The Evil Within, but I remember the game typically runs at 30 FPS by default until you adjust it. Fix here: http://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/The_Evil_Wi...frame_rate Don’t place blame on your graphics card. This title is a fairly basic port for PC. There isn’t any specific mention of mouse lag on that page, though it might be related to another problem. You may want to check the other suggestions listed there.
