I've begun experiencing stuttering as well, though I'm not certain if it's related to my new CPU and motherboard. My performance remains stable at around 300 FPS, but issues like flash bangs cause stutters in the games.

Try turning off unused sound drivers. Disable automatic updates and anything that auto-updates.

Also removed the connection to the second SSD. Did you configure the SSD correctly? (Turn off any features that shouldn’t be active)...
