If you have the drivers, switch to the built-in Windows sound settings instead of NVIDIA HD audio. Also, disable the Xbox DVR application.

It was just the Steam overlay, turned it off and it functioned perfectly. Appreciate all the help, even though everyone, it works really fast! Thanks for your quick replies.
