82c isn't too concerning, just a bit elevated—could lead to noticeable drops in clock speed, possibly causing more stutters and delays. A 450W power rating works fine. I'm not very experienced with the 3200G, so I'm unsure about the ideal clock speeds. What speeds are you seeing?
We should understand your clock speeds during gameplay. For real-world testing, consider using Afterburner and Rivaturner to achieve the standard overlay effect in-game.
3600MHz is the default speed, and TjMax is 95°, so everything should be good. I guess you could increase performance by installing another stick of RAM (expecting your 8GB of RAM is a single stick) but this is another discussion, you should be able to play games without them crashing and/or suddenly becoming unstable/laggy. I'm not sure why this happens. I guess I would make sure everything is up to date, drivers, firmware, BIOS, and then really keeping an eye on that overlay for when it starts to run poorly.
The graphics settings are usually fine at 86 degrees GPU temperature during peak use. Your Bitdefender Total Security 2022 is installed, but since it's resource-intensive, it might be affecting performance. Make sure all other programs are closed and only run essential apps.
86° is a bit elevated but still inside the TjMax limit, so it’s technically acceptable. All AVs are likely to introduce delays and stutters, particularly when scanning occurs during gaming on a low-end machine. What does Task Manager display regarding CPU and RAM usage?
Is the 52% utilization during gameplay or when idle? It doesn't really matter if the RAM is precisely at 100%, but once you exceed your available memory, performance drops significantly. So with 74%, you still have 26% remaining, which is acceptable. However, regarding RAM again; if you only have one module, I strongly suggest adding another to enable dual-channel operation. Edit: Concerning full RAM usage, I definitely don't advise pushing above 90%. Then it's mainly a matter of time before reaching 100%.
