I fixed it, replaced both drives, and checked the BIOS. I'm now running memtest86 to detect any issues.

Remember, MemTest only checks RAM during normal operation, not after a crash. Make sure to run tests while using the actual tasks you perform.

I completed the memtest86 run. It took around 4 to 5 hours, and nothing failed to report.

I visited bios and disabled auto overclocking; it seems to have resolved the issue. No crashes, no micro lag, and stable FPS. Checked Event Viewer with no errors so far—likely just an overclock concern. Will update if anything changes, but I think I fixed it. Thanks to everyone offering help.
