G2A sucks
G2A sucks
You purchased an item tailored to your local area and acquired it from a well-reviewed vendor with a high volume of transactions.
G2A functions similarly to an eBay for keys, but sometimes sellers try to trick buyers. It’s best to purchase from reputable sellers with a strong track record. I used shield frequently, but now it’s unnecessary since most of my games come from G2A smoothly. You’re likely not getting scammed on Steam Marketplace as often as on G2A—just make sure to follow the guidelines.
It's a marketplace, not just the G2A team selling keys. Real people visit there, fill out forms, and pay money—just like on eBay. They also support charity efforts. If you get the G2A Shield (around $0.99), the service is top-notch. They quickly assign a live person to help with issues and stay with you until everything is fixed.
I never purchased a key that didn’t function. I’ve heard some stories about scams on eBay... can you imagine?
