I believe they blocked my local transactions because they thought I was sending too many identical items. My posts aren't getting any views. The Craigslist section seems inactive, and I think Facebook or other platforms are responsible—my FB account was deleted long ago. I have a duty fee I can't pay for DHL. So I clicked a link to pay, but it led me to a French page instead of the payment site. They also sent a letter claiming they were after me, and they have a company pursuing me. They wrote me again, insisting I pay something. I’m trying to contact my bank for help, but I can’t reach them.

FX processors - 9590 (likely all FX chips) TCase = 57°C ThermTrip = 85°C. When planning to bake cookies with this configuration, keep these points in mind. 1. Expect significant hardware strain. 2. Avoid premium components. The main reasons are: heat is the biggest issue for electronics, and you've already seen enough failures to avoid wasting money on this setup. Unless the 8800/Ultra model is more affordable, it won't work well. Despite its 170W TDP rating, it can overheat to 88°C all day.

I secured the 580 with a water block for the lowest price around $100 and picked up the AMD FX-9370 since it was available in Canada for $130. I’ll keep an eye out for a better deal with a WB Ethernet or the saber tooth; otherwise, the Crosshair seems to dominate most leaderboards, though it’s about half the time. I’m not sure if opening the GPU or cleaning it up with some CLR and water would help—probably needs a solid meal. My RAM will likely be DDR3 Corsair Domo plates, which I prefer, and I want to keep it that way. There are some lower clock speeds, but with the PSU I might stick with my old XFX PSU. it doesn't really need heat removal but there should be clear safety boundaries and it uses water cooling with excellent airflow cases. Many people enjoyed the 8800 GTX, though a lot also experienced issues. Back then they only offered a 1/8 gap, and you typically got around four years before the GPU would fail. My dad and I started using it around the GTX 280, and when we moved to the GTX 580, I think? We tried the hybrid approach but the VRMs became excessively hot. He even modified a heatsink from an old server to fit it—though I upgraded already since I wanted to keep his original gear. It was fun! Edited May 26, 2022 by thrasher_565
