Hi, I'm experiencing frequent BSODs on my Windows 11 system while playing demanding games such as Star Citizen or The Finals. It mostly happens during gameplay with background YouTube videos, and I'm unsure what might be causing this issue.

To clarify, no BSODs occurred when running heavy rendering tasks for video files over extended periods in Premiere Pro. I opened the Bluescreen view and identified ntoskrnl.exe as the problematic process.

Could someone help me resolve this problem? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

BSOD dump files and a screenshot of the bluescreen viewer:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1...sp=sharing

System details:
Processor: 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-13900K, 3.00 GHz
Installed RAM: 64.0 GB (63.8 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Video Card: 2080TI with the latest drivers (this issue has persisted for over a month across various drivers)

I've run memory checks without finding any problems and used Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and SFC /scannow, both completed successfully.

Any insights would be very helpful. Thank you!

The information suggests two possible causes; on one side it seems like a RAM issue, with a particular dump indicating bad RAM... Another issue arises from an Avast driver, which often leads to BSODs—making it hard to ignore the anti-malware suspicion. It would be better if this were an Avast problem than a RAM fault, so I’m asking you to take two steps: run your RAM with Memtest86 and follow the instructions carefully.

Thanks for the guidance, I've already removed avast and keep receiving issues with ntoskrnl. Now my PC is running sluggishly—lagging when moving windows around, delays in displaying cursive images, and adding or removing displays takes much longer than before. Even games that run at 100+ fps seem to have noticeable microstutters. I'm planning to run a RAM test even though I've completed memory checks and everything checked out. I'm close to performing a Windows reset to see if this was caused by the RGB software I use, especially since I know it can conflict with tools like IceCube Corsair. It's frustrating having so many possible causes, but I'll tackle the RAM test first.
