Did you tweak MSI Afterburner settings? Consider reducing the temperature cap to check for steadier clocks. The GPU is clearly overheating, possibly throttling due to heat. Are the fans increasing speed?

I can't adjust the temperature cap and the fans aren't increasing when I turn the AC off, but they become too noisy once I remove it.

The temperatures were stable. You haven’t checked GPU temps recently before this issue.
