Thanks a lot! I've adjusted the game priority in Task Manager, set all settings to high, and the clock is back to stock. The FPS is still around 58fps, which is normal, but now there are more issues. I might install a fresh driver or try NVIDIA Experience. Thanks so much!

I face the same issue too, + when I type "store" the game jumps to 25 LOL

I disabled V sync and achieved 100 FPS at ultra with all advanced options enabled. Clearly, there are noticeable FPS drops during driving. Now that advanced settings are off, setting the priority to high really makes a difference.
