Your setup is solid, but you're experiencing performance drops in the game despite high settings. The fact that afterburner shows near-maximum usage across all cores suggests the issue might lie elsewhere—possibly with the game's resource management, texture loading, or specific in-game settings. Check if other games on the same system behave similarly, and see if adjusting GPU settings or lowering shadows/reflections helps. Also, ensure your drivers are up to date and consider testing with a different game to isolate the problem.

It seems like the frame rate initially stayed high, then decreased to 50 and fluctuated afterward.

It runs smoothly at 60 frames per second on foot, drops to 45fps during driving, maintains 1080p resolution with standard settings, and handles the population density accurately at full capacity.

It succeeded at high levels, so I put everything aside for normal.

Disable extended drawing range and reduce shadow detail in advanced options.

You need to disable Firefox to ensure smooth performance during the game. Would you like me to guide you through the process?

No, it isn't overclocked. The CPU and GPU are running within normal parameters.
