That was quite an exploration. It still impacts boot time since W doesn’t complete all the checks during a cold start. You’ll also end up where you left off previously. Most hardware issues stem from older times when drivers or components lacked proper support for the feature. Also, using sleep is preferable for periods shorter than a few days off. The only concern with the 2-second wake-up from sleep is needing to reset the network adapter, which has only happened recently. No other recent problems come to mind.

Sure, I'd be happy to clarify. Could you specify what you're referring to so I can provide more detailed information?

I completed both tasks and the results were quite noticeable. Still, I experience some stuttering and notice pop-ins in games with larger open areas that require loading. It feels odd since I expect an SSD or RAM issue, but I've tried various RAM modules and different SSDs. I also experimented with different RAM speeds; except for 3600MHz, it doesn’t improve much or returns to its previous state.

I use a Corsair HX1000 PSU and have tried DDU and Windows Reset without success. My setup includes only a few extra HDDs and SSDs, mostly for video/audio files. The stuttering persists consistently, with some games stalling while others perform better depending on the window mode—full-screen, windowed, or bordered. My RAM and CPU usage rarely exceed 40-50%, except during peak loads. I've tested windowing options in most games, but the issue remains. Enabling G-sync causes screen brightness fluctuations or flashing effects. I've disabled low-latency settings and kept Steam overlays active, but no performance changes have been observed. I haven't noticed any difference when closing other programs or using different settings. I'm cautious about overclocking and want to ensure my hardware runs smoothly without unnecessary stress. I'll check the forum for possible solutions.

Are you employing any kind of software to automatically install drivers? If so, please capture the same image as me: Low-latency mode can be unpredictable, so I’d still turn it on unless it doesn’t affect anything. Still keep an eye on it, because some games don’t work well with it. Many launchers (EA play/Origin, EGS, etc.) use overlays by default, which can cause stutters. The same applies to low latency mode—results may differ depending on the game you’re playing. I get it, but this isn’t actually overclocking; you’re not increasing core or VRAM speed. Instead, you’re pushing power and temperature limits, possibly the vcore. The main difference is a slight rise in power consumption, but overall it’s much more stable in terms of frequency and lasts longer. And since NVIDIA GPUs are really limited, it’s unlikely you’ll cause any issues that way. Even if something fails, it was probably defective from the start, and nobody can prove otherwise. Still, you’re in charge—just try it if it helps with stuttering problems.

I understand what you're looking for. What I needed to see is correct, so that's fine. It doesn't appear to have any issues. Of course, every launcher and some other software can also have overlays—not just Steam. They might be just as problematic. Stay alert.
