I experience poor performance or unusual stuttering in games despite reporting smooth FPS. I've adjusted the framerate limit in RivaTuner, but it only makes a difference in a few games and doesn't help otherwise. Over the past couple of years, I've upgraded hardware extensively, spending a lot of money to improve stability, yet it remains frustrating. I'm increasingly discouraged whenever I try to play a game on the system, which feels like a waste of effort. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
