Hello, I have built a new gaming PC with the following specifications: Ryzen 3 1200 OC’d to 3.7GHz at 1.3V, 2x4 DDR4 G.Skill Ripjaws 2400 OC’d to 2666, EVGA B450-BT, RX 570 4GB Sapphire Nitro, and a BenQ GW2265HM monitor. When I play Fortnite, it freezes in the lobby and within the game; I can hear the music playing.

Try other games to determine if the issue is isolated to Fortnite or occurs in other games. If it persists across multiple games, investigate potential hardware problems or a corrupted Windows installation.

Will freezing occur without overclocking?
Have all motherboard drivers been installed?
Is the RX 570 utilizing the most recent driver version?

The RX 570 is running the second most recent driver due to issues with the initial release. Other games function correctly. I will reinstall the game to troubleshoot and confirm that all drivers are installed.

Have you eliminated all overclocking settings?

Please click the green human to proceed - UserBenchmark

Execute this^and link the results - if it fails mid-execution, do not attempt another run.

Is the RX 570 connected via two distinct cables?
