It could be verified through Task Manager, though I'm uncertain. It's also unclear whether the reserved RAM is permanently limited or if the CPU can utilize it when needed.

All files are stored at the smallest quality setting, 1080p. My SSD has 132GB free from a total capacity of 487GB.

The device supports flexible functionality. Iris xe can operate with a maximum of 8GB of 16GB, and if it doesn’t fully utilize that amount, the remaining capacity remains accessible to the system.

consider searching for RAM problems in Fortnite on Google, but not every result is helpful. some fixes might involve looking for malware, which I question is unlikely to be your issue. another possible solution could be downloading the default streamed content via Epic Games Library settings—this may need an update if you leave the checkbox unchecked.
