It's set to 1920x1080, which is my screen resolution.

I updated all the graphics drivers and still face these stuttering problems. The processor stays under 80% utilization, and the GPU remains below 50%. RAM usage never exceeds 15GB. Display runs at 1080p with a refresh rate of 120Hz.

Im betting its the RAM, Fortnite has a known...not issue...but quirk where it just EATS RAM, 32GB is the sort of unofficial recommended for running fortnite, the fact you have 15GB used also is possibly causing stuttering as you have no more room for caching anything and have barely any left to use at that

Take note the system capped at 15.9 GB RAM unless you enable Razer Cortex. Are there any other options available?

If it's not the RAM, this won't help much, and even if it is, the improvement might be limited. I'm hoping it could assist a bit. Increasing your page file will provide more virtual memory for background tasks. Disabling unnecessary startup programs in Windows Privacy settings can also help. Closing any running applications or processes in Task Manager might improve performance. Restarting the laptop instead of turning it on and off again clears the cache. Turning off any overlays, antivirus, or other programs like M-SI Afterburner or similar that run alongside Fortnite could potentially boost RAM usage. I'm not certain if these steps will significantly affect your situation.

Didn't verify if the MSI afterburner displays the full total, accounting for Iris Xe RAM?

The VRAM needs to differ from the DRAM to avoid any confusion about combining them

The game doesn’t specify a viewing distance, but adjusting the settings can help. From past issues, lowering the distance often improved performance. Your main storage appears nearly full—consider expanding it to avoid slowdowns. The pagefile might be struggling if space is limited.

I believe the operating system is utilizing an integrated graphics card, resulting in shared memory between the GPU and CPU.
